Protocol X

The Sum of a Decade of Experience

Why X? X is the Roman numeral for 10. I'm on the threshold of my tenth Offshore Wind Transition Elements project. I've had 10 years of work, 9 closed contracts, and hundreds of challenges

solved "analogously".

The upcoming Project 10 is meant to be different. I no longer want to put out fires. I want to prevent them. Protocol X is the system I created for myself for this crucial hand. It distills a decade of knowledge into a single, digital mechanism - SiteAI.

I'm sharing it with you so you can see how I plan to work for the next 10 years.

Business Noir.

Because the error in Offshore is black and white.

There's no room for grey areas or corporate "embellishment" of reports. In our industry, the outcome is binary: either the project makes money, or you lose millions in ship downtime.

Protocol X is a Business Graphic Novel, because in a world of attention deficit, a picture conveys risk faster than an Excel spreadsheet. I chose the Noir style to showcase Decision Density without filter. Strict lines, no unnecessary colors, the pure essence of engineering rigor.

This isn't entertainment. It's the fastest way to make you see what I've been seeing on construction sites for 10 years.

Od Chaosu

do Klarowności

W nowoczesnym zarządzaniu nie brakuje danych. Brakuje zrozumienia. Jesteśmy zalewani raportami, mailami i metrykami, a mimo to kluczowe decyzje wciąż podejmujemy w chaosie,
